2024/2025 School Supply Drive – The Basic Details

T&E Care is holding its annual School Supply Drive this year between April 16 and May 8.  Sorting will take place from June 17-20 at Beaumont ES.This event helps to provide the needed supplies to local families who struggle to buy them. This way we hope to level the playing field for all our neighborhood kids!  Thanks for helping us to make this happen!

New this year, we are asking you to donate an amount, and we’ll do the buying for you!  This will streamline the process and generate much less waste. Across all grades, it costs approximately $100 to support a child with all school supplies, the school bag and a Target gift card for a new pair of shoes, socks, underwear. Donations are welcome in any amount.

A few notes:

• To make a donation – see the box on the website with the PayPal, Venmo or check donation information.
• No donor forms will be needed for cash donations.
• Volunteers will be needed to help with sorting on June 17, 18 and 20 at Beaumont Elementary School – if you’d like to help out – please sign up HERE.
• Please – no children younger than high school age for the volunteer list.  Thanks for understanding. 
• FLITE will again be providing the back packs and a few other things.  THANKS FLITE!

Making Donations

Donations can be made by check, with Venmo (@TECARE), or through PayPal (click the Donate button below).

Don’t forget to ask your employer about MATCHING GIFTS!  Double your donation!

For PayPal or credit card donations, click the DONATE button below.

PayPal/credit cards charge a 2.35% processing fee for each dollar donated.  If you would like 100% of your donation to go to T&E Care, please add this fee to your donation.  You can pay by check as well to avoid the fees.

For donations with checks

Checks should be made payable to T&E Care, and mailed to T&E Care, PO Box 2111, Southeastern, PA 19399.  Please be sure to add a note that this is for the SSD.

Special events to support the School Supply Drive

March 13: Mod Pizza All Day: 20% of sales will go towards SSD. Must show digital flyer at purchase! Can order online, too.

May 1: Polka Dots shopping day.  10% of all sales will go the SSD.

Tax Donation Form – if you made a donation and need a tax donation form, then you can click here and use this along with your receipts.  You should be getting a thanks note from a T&E Care volunteer once the event is over, but you may want this as well.
